Annual Meeting voting and information will be conducted online. All voting and information packets can be found online.

• If you still wish to vote by mail, a request must be made no later than April 28th, 2023 to receive your voting materials.
• Online voting will occur May 1-June 13th.
• All mail/fax ballots must be in the office by June 1st.
• Those who attend the Annual Meeting can choose to vote in-person

Eligibility

• You have paid your year 2023 Annual Membership Maintenance Fee of $75,
• have recorded two (2) litters since July 1, 2022,
• and if all your accounts are current (not past 120 days).
