Important Information

Annual Meeting voting and information will be conducted online. All voting and information packets can be found online.

If you still wish to vote by mail, a request must be made no later than April 28th, 2023 to receive your voting materials.
Online voting will occur May 1-June 13th.
All mail/fax ballots must be in the office by June 1st.
Those who attend the Annual Meeting can choose to vote in-person

Eligibility

You have paid your year 2023 Annual Membership Maintenance Fee of $75,
have recorded two (2) litters since July 1, 2022,
and if all your accounts are current (not past 120 days).

6:45-7:00 p.m.- Q&A and Awards
7:00 p.m. – Guest Speaker

Reserve your room at the Northfield Inn

There is a reserved block of rooms at a rate of $129.00 per night. You must book by May 27th. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released to the general public.
